Hi there, no you do not have two holes in your vagina. You have your vagina, and your urethra (where urine comes out). Whether you're a virgin or not, those two things will always exist. The body area you may be thinking about is your hymen. Your hymen is a thin piece of tissue in the upper end of your vagina that can "break" when penetrated by sexual activity. However, a broken hymen is not a scientific way to prove someone is a virgin or not. The hymen can break through a variety of non-sexual activities.
