what can i do about a big mound?

I have a abnormally large mound in my pubic area. Its not a bone its actually like tissue or fat or muscle idk. I don't have anything wrong in particular, I actually just went to the gyno and I'm perfectly healthy down there. It is just really embarrassing and sometimes hurts during intimacy because it almost flexes when I am "Active". Idk if there is a surgery I could do because I hate having this. My partner doesn't mind he loves me for me but I hate it. I've been this way since I first started puberty. I'm just tried of it so if anyone has advice or knows what type of procedure I would need please let me know.
