whats wrong with me!!!!

i have blood in my stool, bright red, i have abdominal pain, painful sharp shooting pain that come up from my anus to my lower abdomen during my period, i have cramping, fatigue, extreme headaches, shooting pains althrough my abdomen.. and other stuff.. any help??

Dr refer me omi-0 tab but medicinal given me bifilac in present of it.is it right tablet

you must be having intestinal infections which can be caused by the protozoa and different kind of bacteria.
so please once see your doc and take necessary antibiotics and pro biotics like combination of ofloxacin ornidazole and bifilac etc....

or it could be the ulcerative colitis.

You should go to your doctor and get checked.  Red blood in the stool is usually due to constipation and hemorrhoids, but you have to be checked to rule out other more serious conditions.   The pains you describe can occur with ovarian cysts, endometriosis or just monthly hormonal changes.   Seeing your doctor is the best bet!
