I'm glad my post could help :). Women should really be made more aware of these tips! Good luck and best wishes.

Thank you for your response! You've put my mind at ease as I've encountered this problem before and had cultures taken (always negative) and within a day or two, the spots are gone. I will definitely gargle after the act and will closely monitor the spots. I had them this morning (within two hours) and are now almost gone (18 hours later); my tonsils are a little swollen and red but no significant discomfort. Thank u again for your advice and help, I greatly appreciate it!! :)
White spots on the tonsils can indicate exudate, i.e. pus coming out of the tonsils. This would be a form of tonsilitis, possibly even strep, however that does not sound like your case as you have no discomfort with these spots. It's actually failry common for women, or men, to get throat infections after performing oral sex. One way to try to prevent infections is immediately gargaling with anti-bacterial or bacterial fighting agents-mouthwash will do, after the oral sex. Also have your partner make sure to stay clean and showered to reduce the amount of bacteria he has on him. This may help prevent it, but it's no guarantee. What I suggest is that, especially since you're having so much frustration, one morning when you do notice the spots, or if you still have them now, you make an appointment to get into the doctor to have them cultured and find out exactly what it is, and rule out strep, just to be safe. One other cause that I could think of is yeast, if your partner happens to have a yeast infectiion, which some guys can have. If this is the case, it would still be a good idea for you to go into the doctor and have it cultured, just to be sure. Yogurt would be a home remedy that works against yeast, and also haveing your partner get treated for his infection. If lack of insurance is a problem, you can always go to your county's Public Health Department, or do some online research for free or low-income clinics in your area, which most counties have unless you live in a small town. Whatever it turns out to be, I hope this gets resolved soon. I'm sending good luck and best wishes your way! Take care,
