Red bump near vaginal opening?

I'm probably kind of young to be on here... but I'm worried. I'm in my early teens and I'm not sexuality active. I masturbate, but only by rubbing my clit, I rarely stick my finger "inside". As you can see, I know what a clit it, so it's definitely not that. The bump had been there for a year now. It used to hurt when I peed, but now it doesnt. It's not on the lips, its right below where I pee, almost on it. It doesn't have a head, and it doesn't seem to be solid, more, like, movable, stringy like. I don't really know how to describe it... Help please?

I would talk to a parent and let them know you are not sexually active with other people but you did notice something down there or if you are not comfortable with them maybe go to a planned parenthood and be seen there if you have one in your area.

Have you told a parent? I think you should tell someone and go and get it checked out by a doctor if it's been there that long :) x
