i am 24 yo i weight 195 this is the heaviest ive ever been im 5'2" my normal weight is about 135 i cant seem to lose this weight i ve tried excerising all diff kinds and not eating as much its like after i had my son my 3rd child i cant get rid of the weight not even the csection pouch any suggestions

ask ur doctor for some  orlistat (xenicol) its diet pills that absorbs 33% fat of the food or sauces u eat and the fat comes out  ur bottom thou so u need to wear a pad there great

ugh. I feel your pain, girl. I'm 24 and just had my first. I gained 73 lbs during pregnancy and cannot get the weight off no matter what. I have resigned the notion that I will have a perfect body again... but do cardio. Lots of it. Take in lower amounts of carbs, don't abolish them entirely. Stay away from processed cheese, absolutely NO fried food and nothing after 6pm. My girlfriend mixed those food rules with 30 mins of cardio a day and gradually increased her gym time and in one year lost 100 lbs. Good luck.
