The product mag07 by aerobic life can also be very helpful. Often times constipation can be the result of antibiotics and cause constipation and candida overgrowth. Hope this helps!

Along with changing diet the product Candida Cleanse by Rainbow Light is great. It's an herbal blend that helps balance yeast in our  bodies when they become unbalanced. A good quality probiotic taken morning and night such as Garden of Life Women is a wonderful one. Products can be found online or at your local health food store.

Yes. You need to cut out all sugar, gluten and Dairy. Look online for this herbal pill called Candacin. I went through 2 yrs of a yeast infection that didn't go away and I was on antibiotic after antibiotic and it wouldn't go away. I saw a naturopathic doctor and she told me I was intolerant to wheat, spelt and dairy and she told me what to take and I swear on my life it all went away even the itchy toes I had for 2 yrs as well. I have an over abundance of candida that no matter what I do just seems to thrive in my body.

I am not a doctor I am just someone who has suffered with yeast infections for like 20 yrs!!! In canada they now sell over the counter dufflican and it works way better than the monastat, or canestan.

I have tried all the probiotics and I mean I was pumping them into my body and nothing happened!! Yogurt didn't help, so I can only give you the one thing that helped me for sure.

Hello hun, have u been tested for stds? If ur docs/gyno are giving u medications for a yeast infection and its not going away, its most likely not a yeast infection. Its pointing more towards an std. Ive had bad yeast infections before where i was on over the counter meds for almost a month n finally went to gyno to get antibiotics and it knocked it out within a day. Those meds are extremely stong and should get rid of it within 2-3 days tops so if its not then it sounds more like and std than a yeast infectikn. Unless an std is treated with proper meds your symptoms arent going to go away. Sorry to say but good luck n keep me posted.
