What could this be

I have a small pea-sized lump under the skin on my labia minora. It's hard to the touch. It's only painful if I mess with it or wipe after using the bathroom. Does anyone know what it could be? It's been a few days. Hasn't increased in size or anything like that.

Hi there.  Been a long time since you posted this, I'm just now seeing it.  But that could be a little cyst.  A little pimple as well.  An infected hair follicle. Those three things are the most likely.  It's not a blister or sore, right?  Is it gone now after this time has passed?
