This is what I have been trying and it is working

I have researched foods that reduce inflammation. I found green tea and pommagranite both have these benefits. So, yesterday I drank 4 cups of green tea. Found at Whole Foods pommagranite concentrate and drank 1 Tblsp. The inflamation covered half my breast yesterday. Before I went to bed last night, the inflammation was down considerably. Now the only (slightly) red area is smalled than one quarter of my breast. I am committing myself to this regiment for 30 days. I will keep you all posted!

I am taking homeopathy and my aunt the doctor advised I need to continue homeo as well as my strict diet for 1.5 to 2 years AFTER I am completely healed, as tissues need that much time to recover completely. So my advise to everyone, please continue your therapy at east one ear father complete cure. Otherwise as u saw, it returned. Tissues are too weak and damaged. Take care.

Hey everyone, just wanted to post an update on what I found is working for me.  Before I get into it further, I'll let you know... It's following the Paleo Diet and Acupuncture!  I've tried many things in the past fee months but I gotta say Diet and acupuncture have given me the best results.

I've had GM since Christmas Eve, took about 5-6 different antibiotics, just in case, cause they didn't know what I had (normally 2 at a time but I started to react to them). I took 10 MG of steroids for a month and a half from February - March, then I took a steroid burst in April/May for 12 days and that was the last of Western medicine I've taken.  I made the decision to heal naturally.  I started my Paleo diet and taking 1200 mg of Turmeric (natural anti inflammatory) in April, and around June, I stopped having pain in my breast.  I started acupuncture in June. I started to notice my breast was healing greatly.  I take pictures with my phone to compare the wounds and the healing has been dramatic.  Even the mass has greatly reduced in size, it's getting softer.  I did about 6 sessions of acupuncture then stopped going mid July cause I couldn't afford it any more.  Then in mid-August, I stopped eating healthy cause I was losing too much weight.  I ended up getting a new abscess (which still hasn't opened, it doesn't know what it wants to do) and I was getting another smaller one too along with it.  I have read that abscesses can get reabsorbed by your body, so I think that may be happening.  Well I became frustrated with the thought of 2 new abscesses, I hadn't gotten one for 4 months.

(SIDE NOTE: when I was having my abscesses incised and drained, it caused me to get more abscesses. Once I stopped doing that, I stopped getting new abscesses.  I also got abscesses in and around my biopsy site (3 tiny ones).

Anyhow, I realized that I needed to get back on my diet, so I did. But I noticed my healing wasn't as great as before and then realized it may be from not doing acupuncture!  I've gone back to acupuncture 2 weeks ago and let me tell to, in that 2 weeks I ready noticed progress in my healing!!!  My abscesses have turned into scars and are starting to fade and shrink.  The lump under my aeroela has softened and the lump I was getting with my new abscess has also softened.  My acupuncturist recommends going once a week for the first month, then possibly once every 2 weeks after that.  In reality, I can't afford acupuncture but I'm finding means to pay for it, credit card, selling crafts, garage sale.  I figure, this is my health and I need to do what I have to to take care of myself.  I say give it a try, acupuncture is working wonders for me.  I'll keep you all posted on my progress with it.

I am free off pain, lumps, bumps, redness and abscess. 3 of 4 of my scars have faded away. The fourth scar was inward and it is pushing out and is almost filled out. I have soft, non-fibrous tissue, which my doctor was amazed by considering the number of wounds I had.

I saw my doctor in February and had a ton of imaging done and I was cleared then. My next appointment in in 2014. Since I am doing so well, my doctor said she does not need to see me, only if I felt it was necessary.

I am only drinking aloe Vera concentrate  which is added to water. I started kickboxing in July to help me lose weight...already down 20 lbs.

I am in an outstanding place right now.

I am currently not taking meds. I am draining very little, but it is serous fluid which is a protien fluid that promotes healing. Just in the past 3 weeks my healing has been signifigant. I was honestly prepared to have a masectomy...but the way my body is responding the the green tea and pomegranite concentrate is encouraging. I i did finish 20 weeks on steriods in May, but the last 2 weeks on the meds were discouraging as I began to have the same symtoms as I had before - swelling, inflamation and lumps. I am definately doing better. Best of luck to you! I wish you healing and good health.

Are you on any medicines as well as taking the green tea and pommagranite?  I have been drinking green tea just by coincidence.  I recently went off the steroids I had been taking for CG and now there is another large mass in my left breast, which formed since May 25, 2010.  I haven't gone on any more medicine yet and really hope I won't have to.

I have been on the green tea and pommagranite concentrate for 3 days now. All the lumps and bumps have reduced and the redness is now downtown about the size of a quarter. I am draining the pus quickly out (over a week ago an incision burst). So far outstanding results.
