What a great report you found.  I really respect Michael Hollick, MD PhD. (He was one of the medical reviewers of this report)  I think he is supposed to be putting out a book on the subject sometime the end of this year.  One of my doctors actually spoke to him on the phone in a consult.  She found him to be very nice and informative.  I will probably have to read this article a couple of times.
