vitamin d

WOW.
I have exactly the same symptoms as all of you and my vitamin d levels are 10ug/L which is extremely low...

I'm all alone on this. I will start to take 2,000mg of vitamin d and see what happens!

Not sure but I did develop Obstetric Cholestasis - a liver dysfunction -  during my pregnancy (when severely Vit D deficient)... and I do wonder if the two are related...

I don't know; however, I don't think there would be a direct relationship

Good luck!!!! However, I think you'll find you'll need to work yourself up to more than 1000 IU daily...I'm on 4400 IUs daily but it took me awhile to gradually work up to this dose. I accidentally took an extra 1000 IUs today and experienced the D3 jitters again myself!!!!...It
WILL work, be patient. Phyllis
