Red Bumps on the penis glans

Hi, On Monday(08/03) night I had unprotected oral sex with a Female ex co-worker. I don't think she had any stds and when i asked her said she was clean. On wednesday(08/05) morning I started noticing red spots/bumps on my penis head while taking a shower. When I woke up on thursday(08/06) the number spots have multiplied to 15 and the ones I noticed on Wednesday morning has shrunk in size. As of today(08/09) morning the number of spots remains the same but couple of them seem raised very slightly and the redness seems to decrease.

There was no intercourse involved with this person, infact I haven't engaged in intercourse a year now.

Only other thing which I have noticed is i have started to pee more often. I have an urge to pee even after urinating few mins ago and when I use the restroom pee kinda trickles down , I mean in drops and it slightly burns after that for few secs...(I have had an UTI infection 4 yrs ago)

Could this be herpes ? Does herpes symptoms shows up this quickly ? Could I have also contracted chalmdiya and/or gonorrhea ? or is it just my recurring UTI ?

Additional info : I'm an uncircumcised male. I didn't see any spots or dots or pimples on the underside of my foreskin and also had used a lot of antibacterial soap to clean my penis on Tuesday night. These spots don't itch. burn or pain.

Any info will be appreciated. Thank you for input

Dear Doctor,   I am very much worried due to severe itching and development of white rashes on my scrotum. It is very irritating and annoying to keep on itching my sccrotum specially during nights. I don't know if the problem is because of heat or sweat or some oher reason. But it is for sure that I am very much worried about the white dots of small sizes (say .3 to .5 cm in diameter) which appear white and are itchy when dry and turn as pink to red rashes when I wet them or apply some cream like Betnovate or Surfaz. I don't know what to do and how to treat them beacause they area of attack is increasing day by day and this problem had started only a month ago when I used to have severe itching without the development of any white marks. Please help me!!

This sounds like a little irritation, plus a lot of anxiety.  It sounds nothing like herpes.  My advice is to see a doctor if your symptoms of frequent urination persist.  The spots should go away if you let them.  I don't suggest that you examine yourself with a magnifying lens.  If the spots last another two week,s you can show those to a doctor too.  I don't expect they will, though.

Best.

Some more Additional info : Some of these bumps have almost gone(the ones I noticed on wednesday). They are also surrounded by a lot of blackhead and none of these bumps have any white heads( i have also looked at them using magnifying lens).
