High AST to ALT ratio

I am a 49 yr old male who has 1 drink a night - occasionally 2.  I am 5'11" and 150lbs.  I eat very healthily, in part because of slightly elevated cholesterol (211), for which I do not want to take meds.  I apparently have osteoperosis (odd for a guy my age) and have just had several blood tests.  My AST to ALT ratio is 2 (44:22).  I can't stay off the internet and all I can find is alcoholic liver disease!!!???  Is this the only possibility on 1 or 2 drinks a night?
