Hi,
The basic steps in the treatment of hip arthritis are – reducing body weight , limiting motion , use of walking aids , physiotherapy , use of anti – inflammatory medications , and joint supplements – Glucosamine . Please consult an orthopaedic surgeon for the management plan .Surgery is the last resort if the above mentioned measures  do not provide relief . Hope this helps you . Take care and regards !
