Footsteps in my head

Hi

Not sure if I'm allowed to post twice in one day..........
Sometime when I walk I can hear my footsteps pounding in my head, like I am a giant....
Does anyone else have this??????????

I have had my ears checked by a G.P. who said they were fine, but can they see right into the ear?????????
My ears itch a lot, and feel congested all the time, and sometimes when I tilt my head it feels like there is water inside them, or it feels like I'm on a plane, and they need to POP.....

I have this feeling also.  I always  described it as feeling my footsteps in my head.  But your description is more accurate.  sometimes I just want to cry because it is not a good feeling.  I have been to a neurologists.  Flares were found on the MRI of my brain. Also protein in my spinal fluid.  The doctor said he thinks I have had an MS episode at some point in my life.  Right now i am waiting till August to have another MRI on brain and neck to look for new active lesions. I suffer from headaches (which I have nearly every day), fatigue, feeling off balance sporadically.

I have had the footsteps going on four days now.  For me it comes and goes.  It isn't a constant feeling.

Please let me know if you find an answer to explain what it is.  I will do the same for you.  I don't see my neurologists until August after the new MRIs it will be a six month recheck.  Unless I have symptoms that I need to see him about.

Its good to know that someone else has the same issue.

Hi Melissa,
You can post as many questions or comments as you need.... there is not a limit around here.

Sometimes I feel like my footsteps rattle my brain - that description of feeling like a giant fits pretty well.  I don't hear them as much as I feel them.

We'll have to wait and see if someone here can tell us  if this is connected to MS or not.

my best,
Lulu
