sick for over month

i developed flu like symtoms on 10/16/09 (fever of 103. tired, extrem weekness, confusion, cough etc.) two days later  the tip of my tongue started to hurt. There was raised little red bumps. that night i went home and again looked at my tongue and noticed it was swollen and had my teeth imprints in it and it was very white. i was prescribed nystatin (which i did for 27 days it did not help) a day or so  after noticing my tongue my ears developed an infection and sharp pains. i was prescribed cipro to kick the infection that i had but it to did not work... my mouth now constintly hurts and my primary cant figure it out. i have noticed sharp pain in my upper left ab area just behind my last rib in the past couple days which have added to my symtons. i have been tested for hiv, and have had may labs done on my blood. i have had ct scans and they still dont know whats going on. can this all be related. also my weight has been changing alot i lost 22 pounds in the begining but gained some back, since this ab pain started i have again lost 8 pounds. i passed two dark stools in the past couple days and today had nothing but dirreah . can someone relate

You definitely sound miserable.  It definitely  sounds like your  immune system is not functioning properly; why is the question.

Have you been doing or eating anything unusual before you became sick other than the situation you stated above?

Have you been referred to an Infectious Disease physician?  He/she specializes in infectious diseases and conditions; problems with the immune system.   You might have something that is just not the norm and difficult to diagnose.  Definitely need to see a specialist.  A specialist associated with a teaching hospital is ideal.

If you have to drive, please be careful.  If you don't, than don't.   You stated you have been having confusion; not safe to drive under those conditions.

sorry i been so busy... i still carry many symptoms. its now jan and nothing has changed except for the worse on i have it all documented. recently i again have been tested for hiv on the 10th of december both through quick check - and pcr below 40, i guess that to means -. i have tremendous pain in the lymph nodes in my neck now and crazy headachs. i have noticed a slight rash on my chest also which as well as a outter reacurring outter ear infection has been documented by cmh hospital doctors. i am so puzzled by this it is to much and i am only 24 always extreamly healthy. the only thing that has changed was in october 3 days befor i got sick i had sex with a female. maybe thats why doctors keep leaning towards hiv. I took her though to get tested and she was also - jan 4 was my last hiv tests which would be week 10. so leaning not toward hiv what else could have i got.....hep-,sph-,gon-,cly- enzymes good. any ideas. .....o also 3 days prior i also got into a car accident and hit my head on the windsheild it knocked me out for 30sec could that be anything
