light headed after eating and on moving my limbs

I AM A 55 YEAR OLD MALE I SMOKE CIRCA 15 CIGS A DAY AND I AM OVER WEIGHT I HAVE HYPERTENSION ( MILD AND VERY UNDERCONTROL ) I AM ALSO A VERY ACTIVE PERSON. A FEW YEAR AGO I STARTED GETTING LIGHT HEADED ON MOVEMENT OF MY HEAD OR A LEG OR AN ARM THIS WOULD LAST FOR A FEW SECONDS THIS WAS MORE ACTIVE AFTER EATING MY DOCTOR TOLD ME I HAD VERTIGO ! ! ! . THIS LAST YEAR IT HAS GOT A LOT WORSE AND AFTER EATING I GET LONG PERIODS OF LIGHTHEADEDNESS AND CAN FEEL LIKE WALKING ON AIR WHEN YOU GO UP OR DOWN STAIRS, WHEN IT IS AT ITS WORST IT CAN LAST UP TO 2 DAYS AT A TIME. THE ONLY WAY TO CORRECT THIS IS TO MOVE AROUND VERY FAST AND TO WORK HARD THEN I FEEL FINE. WHATS WRONG WITH ME? IT IS NOT VERTICO.

Denzil, if you can rule out other causes, you may want to consider the possibility of something like a food intolerance problem. Many with celiac disease find that they experience dizziness, brain fog, rashes, etc after eating anything with wheat, rye or barley in it. Other complain of diarrhea and headaches, so you might want to consider a food issue.
