what is pain in my left side lower area

I have pain in my left side.. i  have had a lot of blood in my stols lately.

i have the same thing except i have yellow diarrhea with an ache in the left area of my pelvis and have had some weight loss also

You truly need to see a gastroenterologist to evaluate what is going on.  Don't be afraid, early detection of anything is best!  Take care....
