Red Spotted dots on both hands

I have spottted dots on my hands that sometimes get so bad that i can hardly touch something without my hand burning. My doctors and i are busy with blood tests and they think that i might have lupus, but I don't know. Why only my hand? Sometimes it's like blisters under my skin. At once it came and go, but now it there all the time, my hands inside are red most of the time, and hurts. IS THIS LUPUS? Or something else?  Its only on my hands....

I also have this on my hands. It's little red bumps all over both my hands. Sometimes they'll be gone for months. I haven't been to the doc yet so i'm not sure what's wrong. My hands are very sweaty all the time so i wonder if that has anything to do with it. Today my hands were covered with the red bumps and my hands felt like they were really hot within. I could hardly move them, they felt like they were swollen and it hurt to move because of the bumps all over my hands. They also appear on my fingers. I would really love to know what the heck is wrong with my hands. I've had this since middle school. I'm currently in the 10th grade. So i guess I have had this 4 years or more now

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be photodermatitis caused by exposure to sun, Bullosa diabeticorum, eczema, psoriasis or lupus as the doctors are thinking. A biopsy of the skin can be very helpful in confirming the diagnosis. In addition, please get your ANA levels and blood sugar levels done.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
