does the binager really work

Does the vinegar really work to kill scabies? can you just bath in it? and how much would you put in a tub of water?
I have used a permethrine cream 2 times the itch is subsiding some but not totally, I do have a dog and cat and we treated them with ivermectin 2 times 2 weeks apart tomorrow we see the dermatologist.
I have been doing laundry non stop for 3 weeks and vacuum everyday and wash everything down and I am tired.
any help would be great,
Thanks so much.

I went to the Dermatologist yesterday and we did do 2 treatments 8 days apart with  permethrin cream, she thinks we did kill all the bugs we are just itching from residual bodies left under the skin, if the itch comes back intense she said she will give us ivermectin next. I went for a back message and picked these up it was my 1st and it will be my last what a pain amazing how these things spread.
Well at least I finally found a doctor who will use ivermectin most do not want to where I live.
Thanks so much for your help.

Hello,
Vinegar like Apple cider will provide some relief from the itching of scabies however it will not eliminate the scabies mite for which permethrin and Oral ivermectin is needed. Sometimes there may be recurrent and chronic cases which may require oral treatment of ivermectin. Also permethrin has to be used head to the bottom of the feet, paying special attention to skin folds and the webs between fingers and toes and this cream has to be left for 10-14 hours.

Sometimes itching of scabies persists for a few days after completion of treatment also. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
