MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From your symptoms the small white bumps on lips are Fordyce spots and the sore inside the mouth is due to canker sore. Pain from a canker sore generally lessens in a few days and the sores usually heal without treatment in about a week or two. Avoid spicy or acidic foods during this time. You can use topical ointments like numbing ointments, such as benzocaine (Oragel), anti-inflammatory (steroid) gels, benadryl allergy liquid mouthwash, oral preparations of steroids and vitamin supplements.
Fordyce spots are small yellowish-white granules on the inner surface and border of the lips. They are a natural occurrence on the body and there is nothing to be worried about.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
