advanced bone age but not precocious puberty

My daughter is 7 with a bone age of 10.  The pediatrician ran blood tests and the pediatric endocrinologist said she isn't in puberty.  He ordered an MRI.  I'm assuming he's looking for a tumor on the pituitary gland.  What are the chances that the tumor would be cancerous and if it's not a tumor what else could cause the advanced bone age?

Did you have any luck with the Letrozole.  What was his daily dose.  I am looking for an aggressive endocrinologist and yours sounds like he or she is.  Can you give me the contact information.  Please respond
