If you don't have your cervix, you should not be bleeding. Please see your doctor.
I was informed that if you do not have a uterus, then you should not be bleeding. You stated that you have a partial uterus in tact. That may be the reason.

I am a 36 year old who had to have a hysterectomy 8 years ago due to uncontrollable bleeding.. partial hysterectomy.. my ovaries, tubes, and part of my uterus are still intact.. cervix is gone.. factory closed.. haha.... recently I have had tremendous pains in the lower left quadrant of my abdomen, and this as of late coincides with bleeding vaginally.. bright red blood, so it's not "old" blood.. it has happened 3 times just this past week, enough blood on my panties each time to have covered a pad, then it's gone for a few days, then it will happen again, just that much. My husband and I have always been sexually active (with the exception of when I was bleeding and in pain for 7 months before surgery, and the post surgery recovery) so i don't think that's the issue. Nor do I have any signs of an infection. Went to my gp doc, who thought it was a hernia, went to surgeon, who is supposed to be scheduling me for a ct scan to see if it is in fact a hernia.... can this cause vaginal bleeding???????
I just had a hysterectomy and after talking to my Dr. he said that unless you have your cervix removed with your uterus you will still bleed until you go through menapause.
This would be unusual but did he leave your cervix?
No, it's not normal to be bleeding even if you do still have your ovaries. You have no uterus so you should'nt be bleeding.
Are you having any other symptoms? Itching, burning discharge?
You should make an appointment with your Gynecologist to find out what's going on. Remar
