HELP. I've been spotting for over a week. What does this mean?

I have been spotting since last Sunday (April 18) and I am still spotting. It is nothing like my period. Most of the time, the blood is there only when i wipe. But sometimes, it gets on my underwear, so I've been wearing a panty liner everyday.

Some details:
I had sex 3 weeks ago (Friday & Saturday, April 9 & 10). I took the Plan-B pill that Friday because my boyfriend came in me. I researched spotting on the pill and I learned that bleeding on the pill happens for some women and starts within 7 days of taking the pill and stops after a few days, but mine started after 9 days and has been going on for longer. We had sex again the following Friday (April 16 - two days before the spotting started). And according to my ovulation calendar, I was fertile then. So I did some research on implantation bleeding. I read that you can check if you're pregnant with a home pregnancy test within 2 to 4 days of bleeding. So I took the test yesterday and it came out to be negative. I don't think I'm pregnant, but I really want to know why my spotting won't stop. My period is due this Friday (April 30) and I don't know if my spotting would affect my period. My cycle is usually very regular.
(Note: My boyfriend and I have unprotected sex, but he withdraws every time)

Other symptoms I have:
Swollen & tender breasts (very painful to the touch)
Back pain/cramping (bearable)
Some headaches

Any clue to why I keep spotting? Thanks in advance.

I was on the pill beforehand but came off of it as it makes me bleed so was only using the pull out method.

Did you use the Plan B or anything like that? I don't have any breast tenderness, no headaches, no nausea. I have a history of vaginal swelling/ pain during certain stages of my cycle, but this is bizarre.

This is exactly what happened with me and I was pregnant. I did a few tests and they came back negative so decided upon going to the docs. The day before I went really dizzy and just had a feeling. Did a other test, there was a ridiculously faint line there, but a line nonetheless. I'm now 24 weeks!

I am dealing with the exact same problem right now, and I'm not sure what I should do. Did the problem resolve itself? Were you pregnant? I'm very concerned as to what came of this, please respond!
