how to loose BM

my BM is cousing a lot of my alergie so I decided to stop feeding Janek, How can I loose milk nurse told me not to pump or stymulate but it hurts.

Any sugestions???

not that this is uncomfortsble (maybe sometimes) but it is cousing ma alergies on brest anf=d this is paintfull:( no i quit cold turkey:( they told me to keep them tight no meds.

Girl you still have that much milk to make you uncomfortable! You must have had a great supply!!!  Maybe you should call your OB and see if there is anything he/she can give you to help you dry up your supply.

Have you still been pumping/nursing this time?? If so maybe you should quit cold turkey!

Mine took about a week and half before they went back to normal. It was awful, but luckily the pain only lasted a few days!

It will take a while for your body to stop producing milk bc you have produced it for so long .. just hang in there and it will get better.

last time i pupmped was sunday 2pm then around 10pm I handpressed a little. From monday I am sports bra with pads and they are still full

When I stopped about a month ago I stopped cold turkey. We had gone in for appt for Cruz and he had not gained any weight in a month. I was tired of it! So I quit pumping that day. It hurt like hell for a few days but it got better!!! I too also slept with a tight bra and it helped a lot. I found the hot water in the shower made them feel better so who knows with that!!

When I stopped feeding I wore a really tight sports bra all day and even to bed.  If that doesn't work you can also wrap and ace bandage around your breasts.  Also don't wash them in the shower and try not to let hot water spray on them bc this stimulates them.
