my penis glans is red.I still havent make sex.the red of glans started from october of 2009.i went to one doctor he said that nothing was serios.what is it.i dont have blleding pain or something else

Hi,

I have a sore on tip of penis. It has been there for past week and when I press it or put ice on it, it started to bleed. There is no irritation or any kind of pain when touched or otherwise.

Please advice.

Hello,
It can be due to dermatitis, friction rub with clothes, allergies or balanoposthitis. It may have any of multiple bacterial or fungal origins or be caused by contact dermatitides. Examination of the glans and the prepuce often reveals a red, moist macular lesion. KOH slide preparation and biopsy of the lesion are needed to confirm the diagnosis. The other differential is erythroplasia or Querat. I suggest you to get it examined from a dermatologist so as to confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
