bald patches throughout chin, cheek and neck

Balding throughout goatee and beard. This all started a few years ago while changing jobs and moving away from family. Would stress have an impact on this?
Would using grease and oils at work affect this balding?
I have been reading about an auto immune alopecia. Would this be a result of poor nutrient absorption?
Small white hairs are growing back in it's place where black hair used to be.

Any help or input would be greatly appreciated.

I miss my goatee.

Thank you for your reply,

Yes the balding patches have so far only been in my beard. Chin area only so far. But now the one patch is starting to migrate down my under my chin and neck. It started out as a circular patch but has changed shaped over the past month. Every time I shave it grows in the slightest but obviously I shave every other day so it just keeps getting bigger. My diet is superb; No fast food, Veggies, fruit and starchy carbs and protein balanced diet. I train on a regular basis and climb windmills every day. I am very active and therefore need a proper diet. I have had an allergy to dairy for years and have recently noticed the same symptoms with soy products. I will take your advice and get a recommendation for a dermatologist in the area.

I keep on reading about DHT blockers something to do with too much estrogen in males that may cause this? Any ideas?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Stress if one of the important causes of hair fall but you have mentioned about baldness of these specific areas only. If you are not having any hair loss from scalp then fungal infections of the hair of the beard need to be ruled out. If it is generalized hair fall covering the scalp also then you need to take a nutritious diet and consult a dermatologist if the symptoms are severe.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing
