Im confused, am i pregnant?

I think im pregnant. But i was told just thinking your pregnant makes your body react to it. Iv been absolutely sick to my stomach, im rediculously tired. by breast are becoming larger and weird. dont think this is gross but they feel like jello. they dont fit into my bra anymore.I am peeing constently but more or so in the morning and during the night. And now im bleeding random and i had my period a week or so ago.Im having low back pain as well and i didnt even know that was a pregnancy sign. I am 17 years old, my boyfriend and i have had unprotective sex, but hes pulled out every time but once. im really freaked out, some advice would really be oblidged .

The light spotting could be 'implantation bleeding' which normally occurs about a week before your period is due. It's a sign that the cells have implanted in the uterus and is usually a first sign of pregnancy. Take a pregnancy test.

Take a pregnancy test ladies.  I ended up having an ectopic (Tubal) pregnancy a few years ago... I had already know I was pregnant, after a few weeks I told my husband somethign was wrong.. I left it and ended up internally bleeding and was in the hospital for about a week...

you can get tests at the dollar store now.,.. My Dr. told me they are perfectly fine.

Good luck

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
I ALWAYS recommend a pregnancy test!  Especially if there are symptoms and the bleeding is "not normal".  My biggest concern is always the possibility of a tubal pregnancy in that scenario.  If you have a Planned Parenthood near you, I almost always recommend going in there to get a check up.  They can do a pregnancy test as well as testing for STDs.  If you are not pregnant, they can get you some birth control, or at least discuss the morning after pill with you.
I don't know all of the rules for minors and consents.  It is, of course, always best if your parents are involved, but I'd bet that they can work something out for you even if your parents don't know.

A tubal pregnancy can burst and can be deadly, so don't waste time!  At the very least, get a home test!

Good luck!
