I had unprotected sexually intercourse 2- 3 day ago and my penis has a tingling sensation in the inside, I'm just wondering what could it be?
This is not the HIV forum, next time post in HIV forum.
You don't have HIV, there is nothing more to say.
If you have lost more than 10 lbs in a couple of weeks, this may be of concern. However, 3 lbs is not something to be concerned about. This anxiety is affecting you badly. Get tested tomorrow. 6 weeks is a strong indicator of what your status is. You can take it again at 8 weeks to make it conclusive or the three month mark. I am positive you will come out negative. Then, all your worrying will subside. protected sex is no risk.
I am getting weight loss... i already lost 3 kgs weight.. my hands are getting thin.... what i have to do...... is there any medication....
you can live a happy life with HIV. There is medication to fight the virus and keep you living a full and complete life. They are close to an HIV cure as well. But you do not have it. Do not assume there is a problem until there is. You treat HIV with antiviral meds. 3 months after the encounter test for HIV again and this will be conclusive. If it comes back negative, which it will, you do not have HIV. I think you are dealing with anxiety, which can cause symptoms to appear that are not really there.
If i am affected with hiv, how many years can i work, i am software engineer.. Please advice me.... and how to treat the hiv...
Like I said, I cannot give you medical advice. However, I can give you some peace of mind. Listen, I am telling you this: you do not have it. Your situation was protected. That is no risk of HIV if the encounter was protected. If the condom broke, the chances of getting HIV is very low, especially, from a single encounter from someone who gets tested after every encounter. Sex Workers know the dangers of the job and have the common sense to get checked out. If the condom was broke, the lady would know it was if she have felt semen enter her. Here's the clincher as to why I think you dont have HIV, symptoms do not occur after the next day. No STD does that. The second piece of evidence is you got tested at a point where the average time of HIV antibodies would have begun to develop. You were negative. I would say you are having a bout of pure anxiety. Anxiety can do that to someone, especially, after an encounter. Anxiety can influence the sensations in your body to a degree that normal sensations you get everyday would feel irritable. Go to the doctor and get these symptoms checked out. Just remember, a protected encounter is no risk and no chance of getting HIV or anything else. OK?
Can you tell me how to survive if i am having HIV... Please adivce me....
Relax, take a deep breath, and calm down. Your encounter was protected thus, it cannot be HIV. If the condom was cut, the likelihood of getting HIV is very low because SW are tested regularly and the odds of vaginal intercourse with an woman who has HIV is 1/1000. It would have to take a repeated number of times having sex with the same individual over and over. If these symptoms persist, go to the doctor. I know it is hard to deal with this aspect of fear but we cannot diagnose you via online. We can offer you peace of mind and some direction in what you should be doing. Get tested in three more weeks for a great indication of what your status is. But I highly doubt you have HIV from your symptoms. Symptoms are a bad way to diagnose a std, especially, HIV.
