I have read about other ppl having the same symptoms as mine when waking with pain around the ribs - difficulty moving, etc... in the morning... I just wanted to say - I saw an internal specialist about my problem. He advised that it is fluid in the joints (and between the ribs) this is what causes the pain as the ribs are spread apart, when we get up and urinate and walk around have coffee , juice, milk, water etc... this helps to flush out the excess fluids and therefore the pain subsides during the day........ hope this helps. try to eliminate your night-time fluid intake. and especially don't drink milk before going to bed. that just makes the pain worse.
