Well I also have had that milky drainage for a few years now ,and have talked to Dr.s about this I never got a real answer either !I also have sore or tender spots on my breast, had a mamo done, then had a mri of the breast,It all came back lumpy breast.
That was over 2 years ago . I still have the same problem today, with many new ones !
my TSH just came back low,I havent yet had more testing.I've expirienced alot of sweating lately, extream tiredness, cant go outside way to hot, very uncomfortable.I
beleave I suffer from Hypo also,When I looked up sx I have all of the above,so I have to put the ball if motion once again to get to the bottom of this.I think the problem for me is going to be located at my pituitory gland. It showed problems in april when i was in the hospital, thats when they found my  (IIH) intercrainial Hypertention,.I think it moght help to adjust your diet, look up thyroid diets, maybe a few adjustments wouldnt hurt.

Well Good Luck to you hope you find some answers xx   mommies4

being hypo can increase prolactin levels which could lead to swollen and or leaky breasts.  Talk to your Dr about this as there could be other reasons for this.

I don't really have the answer about the direct correlation to your symptoms to hypothyroidism but I never like to hear about discharge from the breast.

My instinct is to tell you to see a doctor about any discharge from your breast.  Don't just assume it is related to hypothyroidism.  I might even insist on a mammogram.    First, tell the doctor that you have a discharge from your breast.  Don't automatically provide the doctor an out with your hypothyroidism.  Don't let your age or sex determine the direction of your diagnosis.

My other thought is that you might need a complete hormonal workup because some of the "sex' hormones can be out of whack.

Get thee to a doctor.  Good Luck.
