I am 22 weeks and my baby is kicking me hard too though I love it:) I havent felt that into my bladder yet but it's kinda ticklish(is that how you ladies feel too?)and I think I am now figuring out what times he is up and active and also noticing his reponse to various foods I eat:) I am trying to eat a lot since last time I didnt put on too much weight per OB and hopefully this time it will be upto the mark:). My husband is curious to feel the movements too but he couldnt yet.
I havent started any shopping yet though get strong urge all the time. I am waiting to be 28 weeks before I really buy anything. Meanwhile I am just planning the nursery-the color, type of furniture, making shopping lists and so on:) and ofcourse working on names:)
I have been feeling pretty good except for also being fatigued and having cramping. Some days are worse than others so I think I figured out that the days it hurts are the days she is lower. Also she likes to kick me in the cervix and bladder which doesn't really hurt but it's a weird feeling that I don't like. Going for a check-up tomorrow which is exciting. Also I have been having some "leaking". Not a lot just after I go to the bathroom or get kicked in the bladder. My husband saw her kicking my belly the other day which was really great for him. You can see her moving all around in there. I love it. We got the wallpaper torn down in the nursery but now I am having a hard time deciding what bedding to get so we can pick out a wall color. I keep telling myself I have more time, which is true, but it seems to keep going faster. I have been going crazy buying little girl clothing thanks to there being Carters outlet near my house.
RBarron - I started feeling strong kicking around 20 weeks. Just wait it gets even harder. It's starting to hurt me sometimes now esp when she kicks my bladder or if I am full and she kicks up higher.
I'm feeling pretty good these days, although yesterday I was really fatigued and having a lot of abdominal cramps. My little one is kicking like crazy! She kicked all day yesterday and all night last night. I'm not sure if it's normal for her to kick that hard at 22 weeks ??
The nursery is coming along. Both sets of grandparents have gone crazy with clothes. All of the major items (stroller, crib, car seat, etc) have been bought already mostly by the grandparents; they are so excited for a girl. I've picked out and registered at Babies R Us for the bedding, etc. We are having our baby shower in two weeks. I know it's really early, but it's more convenient for my family to get together during the summer instead of the fall. It's also going to be our wedding reception! We will be 7 months married and 6 months pregnant! LOL.
