Greasy Foods/Limited Diet
I have terrible digestion problems. I am allergic to eggs, and am lactose and fructose intolerant. Also, greasy foods cause me diarrhea. Do you have any ideas what the cause could be?
As you can see, my diet is very limited and boring. Would you please suggest things that I could eat that maybe I haven't thought of.

Greasy food can cause indigestion and diarrhea if you have IBS, liver, gallbladder or pancreatic problems. Hence get this assessed by your PCP followed by a referral to a gastroenterologist.
