i'm 13 and today to be honest i was about to masturbate when i felt a little discomfort around my foreskin. Recently i had been seeing changes through my body/ penis getting bigger, foreskin retracting downwards more and of course the obvious like deep voice. But because the foreskin retracts downwards more now and i knew that i took a look because i was curious why i had a weird feeling. I realized that i had weird, gross ( to me) white bumps kinda like weird eggs or pimple like things below on my shaft or penis. I was frightened and i dont know what to do so plz help me!!! im a very shy and self-conscious person and they're pretty big than the pictures i've seen

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Well the bumps hat you have noticed are called Fordyce spots. They are small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body.

They should be got removed only for cosmetic reasons as they are normally found on the penis. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
