How to live each moment of your life with purpose

by Steve Marshall

The only way to live from purpose is when we are following the goals or the direction of our souls. The goals and purposes in our living of this our current life are established already right now for us to follow and to learn from.

Our conscious mind cannot connect to our soul, unless we keep it in the present moment of now. Our unconscious mind cannot support our conscious mind unless our conscious mind is in the present moment connecting to our unconscious mind.

When we live as our true self, our purpose and meaning are created from our being our real selves. Purpose and meaning come from simply living from love. Living has worth only because all living is loving. When we do things that are not for only the sole purpose of loving, it will have an alternative purpose attached to it then. This then becomes the using of other people and things other than for their proper purpose, and this is the only way that problems are ever created.

This points out to us then, that the only way to live our lives with a full and true purpose is to totally love whatever we are doing now. When we totally love in this way, our life becomes purposeful. Loving fully brings us meaning, because it brings us to each moment of our lives completely as our real self.

Fixation on any other outer purpose loses our connection to our real purpose, and yet ultimately there is no purpose, because all is just love in action. Love has no purpose for loving, but from love loving all action, all purpose and all meaning are derived or obtained.

To live fully each moment with a realisation of its ultimate purpose for God and for ourselves, we need to be clear on some things that we use and utilise to bring a greater understanding to ourselves from our experiences within love.

Does the subconscious mind operate in the now only, or does it replay itself from past programs? Does the conscious mind more only usually operate in the past and in the projected future, and so preventing us from staying in the now? If our conscious mind did operate more only in the now, would it then connect back to the power of the subconscious that could now back it and help it to achieve all that it wants?

Nothing happens unless we are acting now in this now of now.

Can our conscious mind actually ever operate only within this present time, and so just in this moment of now? Is our consciousness moored in the past and in the future, and so cannot ignore these to only function fully in this now of now?

Knowing consciousness

:-)  me too.  If only we could let go easier instead of keeping score.  I am looking at the subject of "selfishness" right now as there is a lot to learn with healthy ways of acknowledging and being versus unhealthy whether in friendships or marital.

Being in the moment means seeing more and tracking where one is.

I enjoyed reading this!  If only we could learn to stay in the present moment..right here and now.  We bring ourselves into private hells by going into the future with worries.  We may never see that moment but we live it over and over.  It is the same to go back into our yesterdays.  I love how little children can have a big ol fight one moment and the next hugging each other.  We can learn a lot by watching them!
