large red bump on skin of testicle

Hey doctor, i have had a pimple like bump that is red on the left side of my testicles but it is on the skin and not attached to the testicle its about 1cm long. i think that it was smaller and got bigger and ive had it for about 3 weeks now and have researched alot about what it could be but i still havent figured it out. I am sexually active and use a condom most of the time and its with my girlfriend that lost her virginity to me and its the only girl ive been with.
it doesnt seem like its getting any smaller and it has not gotten any bigger either. im scared to pop it because its to big. Can you help me please?

can you explain to me what a cyst is and if it can be diagnosed or not? any symptoms or anything that cant be fixed?

you should see a doctor for this issue, we can't tell you what it is. If its not changing it could just very well be a cyst but again we can't diagnose you
