Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
What you have is probably nystagmus where the eyeball moves back and forth involuntarily. Alcohol intake can precipitate it. Problems of optic nerve, macula, and other structures of the eye can precipitate this. Ocular or eye tremors are seen in Parkinson’s disease, hyperthyroidism and multiple sclerosis. Stress as in reading can precipitate a nystagmus or eye tremor that is otherwise not felt. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Please consult an ophthalmologist. Take care!
If it is all the time while reading, I would recommend consulting an OPHTHALMOLOGIST to rule out any problems with your eyes. Do you notice it when you are reading black and white print? Sounds suspicious of oscillopsia caused by what I am not sure.
Nystagmus may be your issue, do some research if you can and go see an eye doctor.
my eye does this when i am tied or when i have headaches,it could even be an eye strain go get your eyes seen to
