cancer? or other?

i had a baby over two years ago. I gained over 30lbs after being treated for post partum depression. Then I had monthly periods that last a whole month for two-three months. My doctor found a polyp in my uterus and it was never removed or investigated much. My appetite has decreased to eating almost nothing, for example one day I ate a bagal in the morning and soup in the evening and nothing else and I didn't feel hungary at all.
Despite no appetite, i haven't been able to lose weight. I look bloated around the abdomen.
I have pain during intercourse. My hair is thinning and coming out easily and i'm 30.
I urinate often and can't hold my urine for long.
Some days I have diarrhea or very unformed stools.
I don't know if it is ovarian cancer or something else. I am worried.

This discussion is related to loss of appetite with no weight loss.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Your symptoms could be due to severe anemia, hypothyroidism, polycystic ovary or due to hormonal imbalance. Along with these there is a possibility that you have developed IBS or Crohn’s or celiac disease. You will need some blood tests initially and an ultrasound of abdomen.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral. Take care!

I think that you should go see a doctor really they are the only ones that can tell you for sure what is going on.

If the doctor who originally found the problem does not seem at all that concerned with it then I would seek out a different doctor. It may just be something benign like a fibroid but still better safe than sorry

Also, Muscle weakness, I have difficulty even carrying a purse for more than 15 minutes without having to switch shoulders and if I carry it for more then 30 minutes on one shoulder then i get very sore shoulders and back ache that last over 24 hours.
