I just read multiple threads of people (lots of women) who were experiencing a numbing, tingling feeling along their left arm/side of their body with no apparent cause. As I type this, I am having this all along the left side of my body. I would like to offer an explanation. These could easily be migraines. Migraines are more than severe headaches with sensitivity to light, sound, etc. Some people can experience different types of auras before their migraine ever hits. One sensory aura is tingling down the left arm. I have had migraines for over 10 yrs and am on medication to prevent them.

My Name is Sherin, 25 Male from india
For the past 6 Months I have been have same Problem with me.
The problem usually accurse when I set my body weight maximum on the left side of my body.
I did all the testing that was possible. M.R.I to total body checkup.
But the reports came out negative. Then I started doing a research on the internet,  
Then on one of the website I came to know the harm of caffeine and radiation by the cell phone to our body.
Too much of Caffeine in our body causes irregular heart beat. Then I decided to quit Drink which has to much caffeine in it and started using wired hear phone for attending call. Then I started to do some workout and breathing Exercise, and went on to a fruit and vegetables   diet along with some Vitamins Tablets.
a months has passed now and I am amazed to see the result that the numbing, tingling feeling along arm left arm/side of my body has almost disappear.
I will suggest to start the green vegetables diet and some workout and started using wired hear phone for attending call … may be it will help you has it has helped me

I have numbness and tingling in my arm due to nerves in/around my elbow being to close to the skin. when i sleep wrong, or lean on my elbow too much or wear something tight around the elbow (roller blading elbow pads) my arm gets tingling and numb. sometimes nerves are just to close to the skin and not protected enough.

I had tingling down my left arm/fingers.  Dr. did an mri of my neck and found out it was (like a herniated disc) in my neck....maybe this could be associated with migraines?
