Is it ok for my 19 year old stepson and my 10 year old son to sleep together

Is it ok for my 19 year old step son to sleep with my 10 year old son? They have slept together for a couple years now and my son looks up to him as a father type model. I don't see anything wrong with it, my son feels safe and is comfortable sleeping with my stepson.

As your son is now 10 I would say NO it is not okay, in fact its would have not been a good idea a couple of years ago when he was 8 year old...Protect your son..before someone else does .........
