My sister is diagnosed with C.Ov. docs extracted 7 liters from abdomen and around 1 liter from lungs while operating. Even after operation she is not able to breath properly. Again by tapping doc removed 1liter of water. it started  filing again. TB and cancer cells are not present in the  fluid. She is recovering after surgery and we are still waiting for biopsy report.Doc is not clarifying any situation. Cam anybody help?

They removed by tapping. But again started coming up in lungs. Biopsy reports are positive. Yet to get the details from doctor's side on stage. Chemotherapy date is given for 28th Feb and she was operated on 7th Feb. I hope its not late.

It is probably ascites, which is a common occurance with ovarian cancer diagnosed at an advanced stage.  Usually, the only way to get rid of it is by tapping, which her doctor has done, or with chemotherapy.  Tapping will only relieve the situation, but as you know, it will continue to happen.  Chemotherapy can "dry it up" by killing the cancer cells that are causing it.  Sometimes it can take a long time, though, depending on how well someone responds to chemotherapy.  Has her doctor started chemo yet?
