You have to start a proper diet plan and adhere to it; avoid junk food, sodas, fast food, desserts and fried food completely.
You have to rest to get your inflammation down; apply ice packs and also consider NSAIDs.
You have to wear shoe inserts and night splints. Some simple exercises, performed in the morning and evening, often helps you to feel better. Discuss with an orthopedician.
