I miss my energy.................So I am going to up my omega3s and make an appointment for a b12............ My bs are always low...............Other than low energy....things get better with each day passing. Now I still have to watch that strong-hold of thinking this is forever, because when I go there with my thinking I get extreamly panic.......Then I have to take deep breaths to calm down.
When we pick up my grand son , the first thing he asked was if I was smokin ,I said no, it's been 6 days He goes oh..........did you relapse because you did have 10 days.....I laughed and said yes Kendal nana relapsed.....he says Thats ok nana I realize this is really hard what your doing, and you are not smoking Today and that is great.......................

i think i have good days more than bad ones :)
Although the night ended on a bad note, today was very nice and positive things happened for my wife and I.
