breast cancer-internal mammary lymph nodes

How were you treated when diagnosed with breast cancer in the interanl mammary lymph nodes?

2 yrs ago I had a double mastectomy after finding 8mm lump in right breast. At the time my sentinel node biopsy was negative. I've been on arimidex. I start act chemo 4.6.11.

I would think that there was another area of Breast Cancer than just the Mammary Nodes. Treatment would be fairly standard; surgery or removal and since the malignancy has invaded the lymphatic system, some form of Chemo and possibly Radiation also depending on how widespread this is proven to be.  Regards ....
