Horizontal ridges on toe nails and undiagnosed other symptoms

I have been feeling unwell for past 2 years, started with dizziness, uncoordination, extreme fatigue. My main concern is the extreme fatigue in my arms and the fatigue which hits me all of a sudden and leaves me unwell for days.

I also noticed large bumpy horizontal ridges on my toe nails and smaller ones on finger nails.

Any ideas. i am waiting to see neurologist but this could take over a year. I have been seen by ENT consultant who has not found anything. Also I have history of Graves disease which has been in remission for past year and half. Also when the weather is cold I feel so stiff and uncoordianted. I have also been getting shooting pain in toe beside small toe on left foot. I sometimes feel so uncoordinated that I drop things etc.

Appreciate any help

Sorry you're not feeling well. I hope you find your answers. The horizontal ridges sound like they might be something like Beau's lines. Have you considered seeing a Rheumatologist? A good one might be able to help get to the bottom of it.

Sounds nuerological to me, MS maybe. Dont think that would have anything to do with your nails. Maybe you have two different things going on at once??
