it has started over a year ago, my fiance has taken me to two or three doctors and three ers with the same problems. I get this horrible pain uder my right rib cage almost feels likes somthing is going to exploide out of me right there. I have notictied in over the year I can not eat anything green, salads, green beans, letticue, peas, pickle. Nothing it will make me instanstly use the restroom. Four nights ago i had the same pain come back and he took me to the local er again, they hooked me up to some ivs and put me on morphine the morphine made the pain 100x worse then started with and the took some blood and said i was okay, but needed to do an gallbladder ultrasound with family doc well last july i had an ultra sound, hida scan, clonoscopy. etc they all said i was a normal heathly 21 year so if im heatlthy and nothing is wrong with me then why cant i eat anything without being in pain and puking my guts up?

If there's no mental involvement here, this is something that you need to discuss further with a specialist. An ER is no place for a detailed diagnosis- they're mostly technicians and mechanics there. You could ask about allergic reactions or a hundred other things, but best bet is to see a new specialist and try to get a fresh perspective, in my opinion. Regardless, this is a medical issue, and one you shouldn't be attempting to diagnose yourself.
