Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Pelvic tremors or vibrations can be due to PID or pelvic inflammatory disease, compression of spinal nerves or due to pudendal neuralgia as an initiating symptom. Menopause and hormonal changes too can cause pelvic tremors and hormone replacement therapy helps control these. Please consult your gynecologist to start with. You may need to consult a neurologist too. Take care!

Heart and reproductive problem. It's hard to find out what happens unless one can constantly monitor this. Low-ultrasound can force and reduce this type of illness. It will require detailed access though.

You may have a bladder infection. You may wanna try drinking cranberry juice (not cran apple or cranberry grape) just plain cranberry juice and plenty of water. Why?, because Cranberry Juice helps to fight off infections, and water flushes out your kidneys

What tests have been run? Have you had an ultrasound? Colonoscopy?
