worried...

I have been experiencing alot of symptoms and I am really worried. I have let things go for a little over a year thinking it was all menopause related. My symptoms started with a stool change about a year ago (off and on at first) Alot of bloating, gas and sometimes heartburn. Lately, they have gotten worse, I am having so much pressure in my rectal area, and alot of discomfort under my rib cage (right side).  I keep getting alot of lower back pain and pinched nerves?? Can someone help me out with any info ?? I have an appt for a pap and pelvic exam on Wednesday and I am sooo stressed...

This discussion is related to pressure in pelvic area.

I honestly think you are overreacting. Yes the ER will take yo, but unless you are having extreme symptoms, fever, vaginal bleeding, I would just wait for your doctor's appointment. Especially since you do not have insurance. Unless the pain is literally excruciating, above a 7 on a pain scale of 1-10, just hang in tthere until your doc appt Wednesday.

Just breathe. Those symptoms can be anything! Just don't rest until your doctor runs tests and gets to the bottom of it. Ask for a pelvic ultrasound too, explain your ovarian cancer concerns. The pelvic ultrasound, while not a barrel of fun, will show anything going on down there.

Relax, write down questions and all your symptoms that have been concerning you. Good luck!
