Well I had a red rash between my Big toe and the one next to it, so thinking my shoe was rubbing it I put on a plaster to cover it.Next day On looking my both my legs and  feet are covered in all sizes of red rashes, some round  others big and all shapse the ones on and under my feet itch a lot,Went to Dr's and he prescribed the following Betnovate Cream
.I do work in a Hospital and the reason I say this is because it is very important to read the information supplied with the cream. I have only just started taken it myself and will update to let everyone know the results,Danny in the UK

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to hives which can be due to allergic reaction. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.

For mild-moderate symptoms a weak steroid may be used (e.g. hydrocortisone as dermacort), whilst more severe cases require a higher-potency steroid (e.g. clobetasol propionate, fluocinonide). But they are available under prescription and should be taken only after consulting a dermatologist. Also then fungal infection should be ruled out.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
