Are there any new progress regarding this? I've started having this 3 years ago when I had a panic attack. I overcame it completely in a duration of 4 months. It didn't happen for almost 2 years and now it came back a few months ago when I got really stressed and had a panic attack again. I'ts been over 6 months now recurring even when my panic attacks have gone. I rarely get them now though. Like, twice or thrice a week max. Sometimes, doesn't occur for several weeks.
I've noticed that taking multivitamins with iron helps. I've been practicing zen meditation for about 2 months now. And it helps as well.
